Two important corrections

Reference list page 240 – Despite her major influence on this book, and seven in-text references, I failed to include Linda Shockey’s ground-breaking book of 2003 in the reference list. Mea culpa. Addition to page 240 therefore: Shockey, L. (2003). Sound patterns of spoken English. Oxford: Blackwell.
